BMS Beta Club National Winners

June 20, 2007

Sponsor Jennifer Harrison announced that Bernheim Middle School came away from the National Beta Club Convention winners in two categories. The Bernheim Middle School Beta T-shirt placed 5th in the nation (after placing 2nd at the Kentucky state convention earlier this year). The second category was for cross stitch project, in which a BMS student placed 2nd, only being beat out by another Kentucky school, which had placed 1st at the Kentucky state convention earlier this year. Another Bernheim student's project, a necklace, made it to the nationals, but did not place.

Bernheim Middle School was the only school within about 6 to 7 counties in this area to be invited to the National Beta Club level this year.
