Homework Requests:
Please refer to page 7 in your child's agenda concerning make-up work. While you may make a homework request if your child is absent, please be aware that teachers are allowed up to 24 hours from the time a request is initially made to get your child's homework together meaning the homework may not be available the day you request the work.
Makeup work due to an absence - Students who obtain an excused absence from school have the right to request make up work from the classes missed. For every one day missed, one day will be given to make up the work. School policy also states that if the absence is unexcused, a teacher has the right to refuse makeup work. However, at the discretion of the teacher involved, make up work may be accepted. Projects or homework assigned prior to the unexcused absences shall be accepted for credit. This would include suspension absences. Please report your child's absence by calling 538-4043.Criminal Record Checks!
Each individual volunteering in the Bullitt County schools are required to fill out NEW criminal record applications. These applications will be updated each year and past years will NOT be accepted. Please stop by the school to fill out your application. Proof of identification is required.

Weather Alert Reminder:
In the event of early dismissal from school due to inclement weather, please have a prearranged snow plan in place with your child (should he/she ride the bus home as usual, does my child have keys, etc.) to avoid last minute confusion and calls to the school. Tune into WHAS 11 for closing and delay information. Please see the below documents for delayed schedules.
