    At Roby, we work hard to create opportunities and experiences for all students that enable them to be successful.  We feel it is our responsibility as an elementary school to build a solid foundation  to prepare students for further educational experiences.  We constantly evaluate and assess our programs for effectiveness and make plans to improve.  Recently, our improvement efforts have been focused on implementing research based programs in Reading, Math, and Social Studies.  We take pride in the fact that we choose instructional strategies considered to be "best practice."  Our staff is highly qualified and dedicated to Roby students.

     We hope you will discover our school culture is not only student centered but also family centered.  We want all students to feel secure in a safe and orderly environment so that learning will be maximized.  It is also important to us that all students and families know our staff cares about them!  We invite you to be involved so together we can create a partnership that will have a positive impact on students' educational experiences and provide invaluable opportunities lasting a lifetime.
