Volunteering or Attending Field Trips

In order to volunteer in the school or attend a field trip you must have a Criminal Records Check through the Kentucky State Police. This process takes up to 8 weeks to be completed.  We recommend you do this at the beginning of the year so that you will be ready to attend any field trips planned for this year. The forms can be obtained here at Roby.  If you have any questions feel free to call.

Volunteers

Roby is always in need of volunteers to help in many areas of the school.  Some things can even be done at home.  If you would like to help see Angie O'Keefe our Volunteer Coordinator.

Field Trips

Many classes attend field trips throughout the school year.  Teachers will send permission slips prior to any class trip.  When space is available, teachers may allow parents/guardians to attend.  No siblings or other children can be brought on class field trips.
